The XY‑MOS 5–36V High‑Power MOSFET Trigger Module is a reliable non-isolated switch driver board designed for controlling high‑current DC loads with ease. Featuring dual D4184 MOSFETs in parallel, it provides ultra‑low internal resistance, higher current capacity, and stable power output. Supporting up to 15A continuous current and 400W at room temperature, this module is ideal for driving motors, LED lighting, pumps, and other high‑power devices. It enables smooth DC motor speed control and bulb brightness adjustment using PWM signals (3.3–20V, 0–20kHz), making it perfect for Arduino, PLC, and other microcontroller projects.

Pin Description

Pin Function Description
VIN+ Positive DC power input Connect to +5V to +36V supply for load drive.
VIN- Negative DC power input (Ground) Ground connection for load drive.
OUT+ Positive output to load Connects directly to the positive side of the load (motor, LED, pump).
OUT- Negative output to load (switched) Controlled by MOSFETs; connects to the negative side of the load.
TRIG/PWM Control input Accepts digital HIGH/LOW or PWM signal (3.3 V–20 V).
GND (Signal Ground) Ground for control input Must be tied to the same ground as VIN‑ for proper operation.

How It Work

The XY‑MOS Switch Drive High Power MOSFET Trigger Module is made for DC loads. It takes a small DC input signal from Arduino, Raspberry Pi or a sensor and drives the gate of MOSFETs. The module often has two MOSFETs connected in parallel so they share current, reduce heating and allow higher power switching. When the input signal is high the MOSFETs turn on and let DC current flow through the load. When the input signal is low the MOSFETs turn off and stop the current.
